It's an interesting heading "Half our investment gone" well excuse me but all of our investment is still there and has been for millions of years in fact most of our investment is yet to be explored. Now half of your short term"punt" may have gone but only if you sold otherwise your short term punt has taken on a longer timeframe.
An investment is something you stick with for more than a nanosecond ..or it certainly used to be..perhaps the want it all and want it now generation has changed the rules...
