Hi Doc,
That's what I found so surprising and now very intriguing.
I thought that if they did not convert into share, that would be a sure sign that HL is not prepared to throw good money after bad.That they have no further belief in the project BUT with that, I'd expect HL to call in the Note, take the $5mil and walk away. But this did not happen! The fact that HL agree to extending maturity date gives an opposite impression - that they believe there is still life in this. Sure as hell, if SDL was dead in the water, HL would take the $5mil. Hmmm.....
