And don't forget 300 million shares being dumped on the market in a matter of months, with no counter buying, during all of that negative sentiment. The SP is the result of an incredibly unique combination of factors which has developed the most "perfect storm" one could possibly imagine.
Management certainly did not imagine that all happening simultaneously and when you add LAR's over zealousness with C18, management have now found themselves in an extremely unenviable position that will test their capabilities to the limit.
I agree with your "logic" that IF that funding is announced and testing re-commenced, with the S.P. @ .001 Buyer, that "mulit-bagger" really is a logical "given".
