I guess it comes down the oil price...if it stays at $60/bbl forever then current price is probably a bit expensive. If it reverts back to $80+, then I think its pretty cheap. No doubt most oil companies are in the process of reviewing and cutting back capex (i.e. like STO did last week), and this will have an impact on WOR for sure, in FY15 and maybe longer.
It is interesting to note that oil price fell to $40/bbl-odd in the GFC yet the WOR share price is lower now. I'm tempted to buy at these prices, but will wait for some more certainty. Even if dividend is cut in half from FY14 its still trading on a 4%+ yield...
