As a cyclist , its great to see motorists being done for using their cell phones , however feel motorists cars should be impounded and the fines raised to $2000.00 for each violation.
I know a guy whos wife was hit by a cyclist because a jerk house wife was texting and hit my mates wife on her pushbike texting or being on a cell phone is as bad as being over the limit with booze.
high five to the cops for coming down on these pricks.
