I concur totally along with cyclist that ride 3-abreast when cannot along with those that go through red light---hit car on the way through---a $2000.00 dollar fine + confiscation of the bike should suffice---also any damage to the car paid for by the non--compliant cyclist. High five for police to control these non fee paying cyclist lane user`s warriors !!
