Airpoe ask them for a copy of the tape recording where u agreed to purchase the ipo .
Did u in fact create an order via email ?
Wording via email or on the phone must always be specific . ie ; were u asking for the details or did u place an order ?
If I hadn't see the ipo details then I'd be arguing I couldn't of asked for an allocation because I hadn't read the documentation .
