Mining Lease Rent Status

Update, you cannot escape this fact; the main asset of the Company has been left in terrible condition, Mining Lease 28/373.

Two applications for forfeitures ongoing and now the rent of $90,123 being left unpaid for 31 days (source: DMP Mitis website, extract below). Apparently, the DMP will issue a forfeiture notice if rent is not paid in the 30 day period.

Debt is spiraling out of control and has been for a long time (source: 2014 Annual Report). Who would lend money to this Company when title to their assets is questionable? No brainer, 3B is all they had. Not well managed at all.

Word speak is not good enough, this Company will not be relisting this year or next. IMO, DOR please.
