Trustpower Limited advises that it has allotted 105,000,000 Senior Bonds
pursuant to its offer of Senior Bonds contained in the Terms Sheet dated 17
November 2014. The details of the issue, as required by listing rule 7.12.1
are:
a) Class of security : Bonds
ISIN: NZTPWDT120CS
b) Number of Senior Bonds issued : 105,000,000
c) Issue Price : $1.00 per Senior Bond
$105,000,000 in aggregate Senior Bonds

d) Payment : Cash
e) Paid up amount : Fully paid

g) Senior Bonds issued as a percentage
 of total bonds issued : 100%
h) Reason for issue : Repayment of the maturing "TPW080" bonds and general
corporate purposes.
