Well all of this is meeting my expectations.

MF, your recollection is correct - as time passes the weather windows are fast reducing and we must not forget that the first buoy might still be pulled from the water. Do they need weather windows for both retrieval and reconnection.

I wonder if this is the reason why they are talking about 2 buoys and not 3 for grid connection.
