There is a small that there will be a bidding war here. TPG, already has a 6.7% holding in AMM. I won't be accepting any offer too quickly. (TPG, again from memory, is currently number three Telco provider. David Teoh won't want to be knocked down a peg, I suspect, even just for operational reasons.)
