Those Buys at 7 appear to have moved up from 6 after the Halt (there was about 28mil in the 6 line pre halt that appeared this morning). Whoever it is may just be hedging their bets and could well disappear, or move back to 6 once the announcement is published. Or ( he hopes beyond hope) there is a good announcement and a buying frenzy commences.
