I'd imagine if WSR don't end up getting shareholder approval to takeover SF then the Jones Family might decide to take all SF over themselves if they are confident NEA don't have much of a case. They already advertise that they own 11% of SF in their internet website when it might really be wsr they really have 11% stake in. Not sure under which advertising rules they operate under but its misleading imo and if this is the level of governance these investors use to promote themselves then I'd like to see them in a court situation defending SF.
