I think the finance deal is definitely immanent.
The reason why I think this is that if there were any real issues finance MSR would button down the hatches i.e. reduce the board etc and look to wait out until a better climate. The fact that this hasn't happened either means:
1) they are confident of a deal soon
2)the management are incompetent
I'm really hoping its the former.....for all our sakes
