Afraid not, I am just enjoying IIN being back over $1.50 for now.
IIN would be a good fit for telstra because all the hard yards have already been done. Testra could inject more capital to quickly increase scale and end up with a ready made high speed broadband network.
I agree ACCC would be unlikely to allow No 1 player to take out No 2 player. But Telstra have a lot to trade with and we have seen how the ACCC can be pacified with the right noises in the Toll / Patrick stoush.
