Trading aside, the company does have a long term global growth outlook. It is entirely reasonable to expect multiples of current SP in coming years based on future growth/sales pipelines.
Next few days will be interesting. It's been three days running now, ad with that amount just converted it may lose steam, but people were just paying 19-20c for it so there is no reason it can't reach those heights again. Lets not forget the contract they just signed is worth 4 mil over two years, and that is the first - there may be more in the pipeline soon enough, which would indicate a relatively low PE even at these prices.
Next few days depends how hard it gets ramped on HC, but longer term I think there is legit growth to be seen.
