* The Undiluted NAV excludes any impact on NAV of the future exercise of
warrants (KFLWC).  At 17 December 2014, 30,448,940 warrants are on issue and
may be exercised on 6 November 2015. The actual exercise price of each
warrant is $1.29 less the dividends per share declared by the Company between
13 November 2014 and 6 November 2015. A dividend of 2.66 cents per share was
declared in November 2014 (a total of 2.66 cents per share to date in the
period 13 November 2014 to 6 November 2015) and three more dividends are
expected to be paid in the period.

The above net asset value (NAV) is unaudited and net of fees and tax.

The NAV per share is after deducting treasury stock (shares acquired under
the Kingfish buyback programme) - currently nil.
