Selling PENOC at .5 is like the PEN that was sold at 1.5 this morning. It is manipulation and panic selling.
With PEN back at 2.0, PENOC should be closer to 1 cent and I wouldn't be surprised to see a return to that level before too long. Now that funding is in place and stage one production on track for 2015, I can see a PEN share price above 3.0 cents and PENOC in play. Do your own research and work out your own risk to reward ratio. PEN in production is worh a bit more than 2.0 cents in my humble opinion.
