My Guess is more money from china either to existing cornerstone investors or sophs - nothing for the retail punters -( IMO )- It wont be at a S/P premium like the tailings dam contra deal unless there is some cream and sprinkles attached - offtake of NCU for the the remaining 40% perhaps - Or a left field punt ! the stock goes into suspension for an IPO for a secondary overseas listing.

eitherway its more dilution and the S/P will likely go south not north on resumption of trade.
