ABLM: yes there is not always leaks before announcements. One thing I have thought about SC since he took over control some years ago now ( as seen at meetings and in personal discussions) does not give away any details other than what is released at AGM's, etc. so I don't expect any unexpected sudden SP rise pre announcement.
