Yes could become legally messy given that scenario perhaps but we are not privy to the terms and conditions of the sale and purchase agreement. In the meantime, the bots are at work between the seller and buyer and keeping the sp suppressed so that the options will never be exercised and thereby cutting off GXYs future blood supply!
Still no update on negotiations from management, no words of encouragement for option holders to exercise, and no update on top 20 shareholder changes since 17th November! Not a word! Total silence!
How can one hold ones shareholding with confidence? I really dont know!
