Pretty good timing. Exchange rate makes the bid cheap in USD, early and earnest wet season and purchasing at the bottom of the cycle.

I am in no hurry to join the queue. Official offer doesn't commence until the New Year. Regrettably my money is probably safer here than in anything I'd buy.
