With the KCN share price recovering - it closed today at over $5.70 - there is a stronger chance that KCN will get control of AND.
Put it this way - some AND shareholders believe the bid undervalues AND. However you are getting in my opinion one very much undervalued KCN share for each AND share.
KCN have a low cost operating mine that should be a cash bonanza with the end of most hedging in about a year's time and are discovering ONE MILLION ounces of gold each year at only a few dollars per ounce.
