So to summarise:

* QXQ last traded at $0.007 (on 15 Dec) before being suspended. The shares will be consolidated on a 40:1 basis. So effectively the shares last traded at $0.28 (ie, 40 x $0.007).

* The new shares are being offered at $0.20. A discount of ~ 30% to what they last trade for.

Is there any reason I shouldn’t apply for some? Am I missing something … they seem a bargain at $0.20? The offer now closes on 24 Dec.
