Mind you if Adelaide got it right it would be one of the best cities in the country as relatively low population great climate , close to great tourist attractions fantastic bay , back in the 1890s it was where all the mining investors capital of Australia.
Now it seems just a backwater for commerce with the auto industry there closing also .
The Collins class was not more a propulsion problem inherited from overseas rather than how it was built in SA.
