    No real paradox here Timber, just a lot of rumor & speculation.
    The speculation has been about has or will the Russian CB seal the gold they have been recently buying from domestic producers where they have stepped up I recent months & started buying all domestic production.
    I see they also looking to put in place a prevention from anyone in Russia selling gold offshore.
