2-3 mill of blowouts is not a huge deal and that will be it, concerns would be if issues arise ongoing ala FGE/CTEC but seems very low risk to happen here as it is just a matter of bedding down staff, feeding new products to central warehouse and integrating computer systems. Not as though there are huge legacy contracts and what not.
