@Justis Okay, do check back next year, but also check my previous comment where I mentioned that I am couldn't care less about time frames but prefer analysing fundamentals. I also don't mind being eventually wrong so long as my original fundamentals analysis was based on sound logic.
Do also check my example of gold bull Rick Rule and his purchase and patience during the fall of PDN, and how he simply allowed the investment to complete its natural cycle.
Good luck to people who think that investments do not have cycles and believe that property can somehow defy gravity indefinitely.
