@Justis I gave plenty of examples which show that each person has to judge their own timeframe.
Assets - PDN, Apple, goldies, etc.
Investors - Soros, Buffett, Rick Rule.
One's man meat is another man's poison.
Each one has to decide what works for them.
Although I am more into long term investing based on fundamentals, I would never ever mock short termers and day traders or even gamblers, and maybe see if I learn some of the skills of the more talented ones in the longer run.
