have read the bible many times. it has plenty of nonsense & dangerous things in it
it also has many practical beneficial things in it but which can be found elsewhere
wisdom is born from the natural intelligence of the human nervous system (like a child learns to not touch fire)
ethical laws are born from human intelligence (rather than commanded by a 'God')
