Ideally NSL gets a foot in the door with a steel mill selling at the same price as they were intending to with the trader (so the steel mill gets product without retail markup). NSL needs to get a foot in the door of a mill where they get enough cash to be profitable, but on terms that steel mills just cannot go past. You're not a mining company/business/going-concern until someone buys what you mine. Until then, you're just an explorer.
