Sure they have heaps of uranium in the ground which, as a prev post said, they can't mine at the moment. For SMM to really fire on it's merit and not speculation major changes to legislation need to be made. If and when this happens --- who knows?. In the meantime it's sort of like having a Ferrari or Lamborghini in the garage but no drivers license.
