Just thinking Fluffy, is this announcement failure not a breach of the continuous disclosure requirements. If NWT make an announcement stating we have until 30 Nov to raise $30m, then we should expect an announcement of some description on 1 Dec, whether it be, a)We have the money and Ex-Im say Yay, b) We have the money and Ex-Im say Nay, c) We don't have the money and we have gone begging to Ex-Im, d) We don't have the money and we are closing down the company e) A combination of the above.......

To stay silent suggests either b), c), d), e) and because AB is involved i'm sure there will be an f) as well.....
