News: Base Resources to outline takeover offer

    Base Resources (ASX:BSE, AIM:BSE) has been granted a trading halt by the Australian Stock Exchange pending details in relation to a takeover offer by the company.

    Base shares are currently in pre-open.

    The company is focussed on the Kwale project in Kenya.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 29th December 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
