SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule
10.6.1(d), that:

(a) John Mortensen (currently General Manager - SKYCITY Auckland) has been
appointed Chief Operations Officer - New Zealand and General Manager -
SKYCITY Auckland effective from 1 January 2015;

(b) Callum Mallett (currently Chief Operations Manager - SKYCITY Darwin) has
been appointed Acting General Manager - SKYCITY Darwin effective from 1
January 2015; and

(c) David Christian (currently Acting General Manager - SKYCITY Darwin) has
been appointed as Group Gaming Consultant - Operations effective from 1
January 2015.
