Clime Capital Limited doesn't seem to be a bad little company.

I jumped aboard only recently after Insider Info's post regarding the upcoming spp/dividend/bonus issue.

You are unable to participate in the companies spp but you are still very much able to take advantage of the 2 cent fully franked dividend and 1 free share for 12 shares held, bonus issue.

I have not got a lot of information on the company other than this type of broad company overview:

The Fund aims to preserve and protect the capital of the company, achieve long-term growth of capital and dividends without taking excessive or unnecessary risks, and to deliver a secure income stream in the form of fully franked dividends.
