zinc grades = 1/2oz tonne of gold!! AUL has 9% open pittable zinc amenable to bioleach and electrowin. In simple dollar terms that means that each tonne of dirt is worth appox. A$300 tonne or roughly gold equivalent of half an ounce of gold per tonne!!! That is simply amazing. The non-JORC resource is already at 400 million pounds and could be IMHO over one billion pounds following further drilling.

The due diligence on the recovery process has gone incredibly fast and data published by AUL has been very positive. To mine this type of deposit requires dump trucks and leach pads. Assume capex and operating costs of A$100 tonne, leaving the operator with a surplus of $200 tonne. These numbers are staggering, even for quick ballpark estimates that I have employed here. I would buy more BUT am fully committed to UNX.
