I am thinking along the same lines but I think it will be Woodside who snaps up Tap's 20% of Tallanganda and also Apache's 25%. (Remember Woodside have had a go at Tallaganda once before) That would leave BHP with the remaining 55%.
BHP and Apache have 50% each of the adjoining lease where Bunyip-1 was discovered about 6km from Tallaganda. It would be logical for Woodside to bid for that also.
I know I'm a bit of a dreamer but wouldn't it be clever for the Equus Project and the Tallaganda/Bunyip-1 Project to share a pipeline!!
Now Woodside has a share of the Wheatstone project surely they would be interested in Apache/Tap's share of Zola/Bianchi-1 and Apache's share of Olympus and Apache's other gas prospects close by
