Sounds more like a bitter ex director to me that couldn't run the company his way when he was able to. Thus he is trying to find closure in a poor share price to make himself feel better. Maybe effort would be better spent trying to find other projects at grass
Roots level such as our mr Jenks did in 2011. Bitterness after the event only puts years on a person and more grey hair but it must be difficult to see a potential project starting to unwind into a monster all from the side lines!
