This is possibly where TA can get stuck...because the announcements themselves can either be average, ok or ground breaking.

One would hope that a second binding off-take double barreled with a PFS should be enough to garner more attention than the previous announcements.

But in reality, for stocks for MNS, the big moves will come only if there is interest from the big end of town. Those guys control lots of investors money. Let's see how many big end of town makers and shakers are working next week when it's traditionally quite period.
