My best advise is don't go off the announcements. Go off the charts and volume.
Have a few exists prices I mind. Set trailing stops. (stops you move up with the price)
They will dump hard as soon as they have enough supply to do so.

There is a lot of dilution coming and it will cap any move. (imo) And keep in mind that C-17 is far from being proved commercial. Fail there and it's not going to be pretty. (regardless of the other sections) Given Ms Kelly's comments and the stall and rush to find another project........
