    whats happened to this dog up 30% Powerlan is up 30% in the past month, is there opportunities for a takeover. CPS want permision to lift their stake to 32% at 50c a share. This is to be put to shareholders at a special meeting on the 21st of April. Do CPS know something about this company that makes it sound attractive, this has been one dog of a company over the last 4 years or so. Any thoughts
