"The Company has now been served with an interlocutory application filed by Rustenburg
Platinum Mines Limited and ARM Mining Consortium Limited in the High Court of South
Africa (“Application”) against 14 respondents seeking orders that the Minister of Mineral
Resources and Department of Mineral Resources be interdicted from accepting or
granting any applications or consenting to the dealing with any rights over the subject
properties and that other parties to the ongoing dispute (including the Company and its
subsidiary, Nkwe Platinum (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd, and Genorah Resources (Pty) Ltd) are
interdicted from exercising in any way any rig
hts flowing from existing mining rights
granted over the subject properties.
The Company is vigorously opposing the Application.

after all ....Juniors cant afford much more than what their purpose is....
They dont expect paja for years etc. and what can shield them?
