I have spoken to Management Johnny and as they have consistently said all along MNS will be in Production in 2016. There will be no issues getting the mine up and running.
They have ticked every box so far.

Tanzania is desperate for a mine to make it into production.
Tanzania wants to be known as a great country to invest in.
Tanzania is now aware it has the best graphite mine in the world.
So does China Johnny - But that is between me and you.
