Retail fashion group Noni B (ASX:NBL) is acquiring the Queenspark and Events brands from BD Standard Pty Ltd for $675,000.
Following the acquisition, which will be funded from existing cash resources, Noni B will operate an online business under the two brands.
It will also licence the brands to a subsidiary of BD to enable it to continue to operate its retail stores.
The company also continues to assess the possible licensing of certain Queenspark and Events stores.
