Im still struggling to find the reasoning behind this. I mean why would you exercise options years early if its above current price.
The only 2 things I can think of are
A. they are raising further funds for the business for another acquisition or some sort of large expenditure.
B. there trying to instill some kind of confidence in shareholders by exercising higher.
Either way that is another 1.4 million in cash now with the business.
