Your prediction of Jetstar next FY profit of being "PAIN!" is an emotionally charged response. Remember the GROUP made a 120 off million dollar loss. Lets compare to now, 6/7 of the Jetstar Japan planes have been sold leaving 3. I agree this has been a blood bath and i cant see it getting over the line at all. The domestic JANZ made a profit, International JQ broke even. Added with such a huge savings in fuel JQ now have the 787 meaning 30% lmonthly ess lease payments compared to the newer A330's that were leased, 20% better fuel efficiency along with an extra 30 seats over the 330. That in it self is remarkable. JQ will without a single doubt make a profit along with QF. The share price will only rise.
