What I cannot understand is, if there is no announcement today confirming a positive result in relation to a deal, JV, etc, they must surely feel abligated to put out one to the contrary.
Infact only SUDA mngt would know if a deal was to be struck within the guildlines given or not , and IMO it would have been better to be prepared to "face the music" shall we say, an truthfully advise the market and its share holders of the situation as soon as it became apparent.

I just think if they had told us 2 or 3 weeks ago it looked like we would miss the stated timelines given at the AGM, and then out of left field we get a deal signed and they announced that today we would all be better off at the end of today. Rather than letting it go to the final bell with (what I expect) a negative finish to the year.
