    You are quite correct.

    The difference though is in WA-351-P both Apache and Tap want to sell leaving BHP on it's own whereas in the Bunyip-1 (WA-335-P?) lease presumably only Apache wants to sell its 28.6% leaving BHP and Kupfec. (Kupfec still has a stake in Wheatstone LNG which might be just end up being another piece of the jigsaw)
