imo this is a positive announcement, if and only if, this is based on the view that the recoveries, without the improvements are such that it can make these repayments without any new cash injections.... if this is the case the share price will re-rate post the march payment and a full and transparent quarterly cash flow statement that still has PGI in the positive....... the december quarterly will be interesting to say the least.....
